Item Fulfilment Pick/Pack/Ship options
When Pick/Pack/Ship is enabled, the emails are sent when the Ship Status is Shipped. This section explains how you to send emails at the Packed status.
Overview
With the Pick/Pack/Ship feature enabled in NetSuite, there may be situations where it makes sense to send the email when the goods are packed. For example, if there is a collection requirement from store or you are using a delivery app that will require the customer to sign on acceptance of delivery. To support this, on the Item Fulfilment preference, there is an option in the Set-up section called Send Item Fulfilment Email when Packed.
Ticking this will send all item fulfilment emails when the ship status is packed.
