Advanced Contact Configuration
The Automated Transaction Emailing application provides additional flexibility to include contacts that are not automatically added from the customer record.
Overview
In some situations, you may require that additional contacts be copied on the email.
To make this feature available, edit the transaction preference for the transaction type required, and then tick Include Transaction Contacts
When this is ticked, any contacts that are on the Contacts subtab of the transaction, in addition to any other contacts that need the copy group criteria, if applicable.
