Advanced Projects
When Advanced Projects is enabled, some customers want to send the emails for that particular project to different email addresses or copy in different contacts. The ATE bundle provides that flexibility.
Overview
On the Projects records, on the Preferences subtab, there is an additional preference called Use Email Preferences from Project.
Select this field to use preferences (send flags, contacts) from the project rather than the customer record.
When this field is blank, then the customer preferences will be respected.
