Updating the email status on bulk

In some situations, it is possible that the Email Status errors occur, or the transactions are set to another status via a business rule. This section provides information on how to change the transactions in bulk

Instructions

A custom mass update is available for each of the supported transactions via (as administrator)

Lists > Mass Updates > Mass Updates

Expand the Custom Updates section and then under the required transaction, click on:

ATE Update Transaction Status MU

Add the criteria required, and select a specific Email Status, join like the following:

Click Preview, and then if you are happy with the results, press Perform Update
