Adjust the fields in the sublist

The fields that display on the sublist for orders to be consolidated is controlled by a saved search. This saved Search is called CON PO Default Search

By default it contains the following fields

You can add any fields on the Purchase Order to this search and they will display on the sublist.

Note that the Custom Label field must be populated so that it has a header on the Purchase Order sublist:

Additionally, you can add extra filters to the saved search to exclude certain PO's from appearing in the consolidated list.
